Anthony Eldridge-Rogers

I entered the media industry as a London-based fashion and portrait photographer and moved into directing music videos and commercials.

In the 1990’s I founded a production company AIM with three partners. The first (and last) film the company made was ‘Before the Rain’. It was nominated for Best Foreign Film at the Oscars.

Over the next 15 years I set up a number of creative ventures in film, commercials and TV production in South Africa and the UK. I worked as producer, writer, director / DOP and a festival and live events executive producer.

Along the way that included working with BBC Worldwide, DSTV, MNET, Carlton TV, Naspers, Conde Nast, Polygram and many others.

In the 2000s, I took a break from the media industry to pursue other interests and businesses and start a family.
As this progressed, I found myself drawn into circus and physical theatre, which my partner and children had introduced me to. This led to the creation of Jump Fall Fly Productions, a film and live event production company named after the book my partner and ‘BOOM’ co-director wrote about alternative education.

I have had a parallel and complementary career in behavioural health as a facilitator and coach trainer. I write articles and run masterclasses for professional coaching bodies on wellbeing and creativity.
